My aim is to provide the highest quality gentle osteopathic care and by working closely with patients I aim to get people out of pain and back to normality. I want all my patients to feel at ease within the clinic surroundings and with their osteopathic practitioner.
I enjoy treating a wide range of people, including during pregnancy and people of all ages from babies to the elderly with a wide range of musculoskeletal problems and other general health problems.

After 5 years of working as a remedial massage therapist, I wanted to learn more about the body and advance the level of care I was providing. Osteopathy was the next step and a natural progression in my career.
The principles of osteopathy that center around taking a holistic approach to care, align with my own personal beliefs about health. I believe in working with the body and not against it. I uniquely cater my approach to fit the individual needs of the patient using a wide range of techniques.
I take the time to listen, observe and communicate with my patients to ensure my treatment is specific and targeted to the right areas for long term results.
After spending much of my childhood in the Coromandel, I made the permanent move to Whangamata 2 years ago. I feel lucky to live in a beautiful part of New Zealand, where I can balance my work life with my love of the sea, sand and sunshine…
